For services rendered prior to July 1, 2012: (Dignity Health)

• Customer service and/or billing inquiries will continue to be provided by Dignity Health at 1-877-877-8345.
• To pay a bill (dated prior to July 1, 2012) via telephone, call 1-877-754-3670. Patients will need their WID# to access billing information.
• To pay a bill (dated prior to July 1, 2012) online, go to www.chwhealth.org/billpay. Patients will need their WID# to access billing information.

For services rendered after July 1, 2012: (Prime Healthcare Services)

• Call 775-770-3000 and ask for the Business Office.
