Teaching Philosophy:
I teach total body conditioning classes using weights, body bar, elastic
tubes, and other pieces of equipment. I combine High Intensity Interval
Training (Tabata) with weight lifting. My priority is safety, so, I come
to class earlier to show and correct postures, explain how to use the
equipment properly and give alternatives to equipment use and exercises.
My second objective is that people have fun. I design my classes so they
are varied and motivating. My classes are for almost everybody, I advise
new people to start with low weights and take more rests, and experienced
people to challenge themselves.
