Trainers Philosophy:
To actively listen to my client's needs, help them identify their specific
fitness goals, then tailor a unique and individualized training program
to put them on the path to successfully reaching their goals, all while
having fun.
Experience:
After graduating from UNR, I opened and operated several businesses and
developed a variety of software programs and tools for use in the financial
markets. Despite being a bit of a bookworm and numbers guy, I have always
had a passion for fitness/exercise and nutrition. Some of my hobbies include
snowboarding, basketball, TRX and coming up with unique and creative healthy
desserts. However I will admit I do have a weakness for a good old fashioned
piece of cheesecake. :)
I have been training personally for over 20 years and have been a member of several local fitness centers including St. Mary’s Center for Health and Fitness and Core4 where I am currently a personal trainer, boot camp and group exercise instructor. I feel I have learned and acquired a variety of training methods over the years to help me achieve my own personal fitness goals. My training philosophy is to actively listen to my client’s needs; help them identify their specific fitness goals; then tailor a unique and individualized training program to put them on the path to successfully reaching their goals in the most efficient way possible all while having fun doing it.
