Saint Mary's Striders

Have you ever wanted to train for a race, but not sure how to get started?

Saint Mary’s Striders is a walking/jogging/running group that meets weekly, and trains together for different foot race events. It is open to both Fitness Center members and non-members. The group is lead by certified personal trainers, and and members are provided with a detailed training guide as well as pre-planned routes. Whether you are a walker or a runner, we will get you ready for your race!

Program Includes:

  • Race day preparation
  • Supervised, outdoor, group walks and/or runs
  • Detailed, 6-week training plan
  • Saint Mary’s Striders technical race t-shirt
