Water is proving to be the both the fitness and therapeutic exercise of choice for many active adults. With both an indoor lap pool and a warm-water therapy pool there are a variety of ways you can participate and enjoy the benefits of water exercise including: swimming, group classes, and our masters class program.
Aquatic Classes
- Aqua Blast – A fabulous cardiovascular workout in water; blast of energy, this class will focus on aerobic movement to improve endurance. For ALL levels.
- Aqua Interval – A wonderful way to circuit train, this class combines cardio and strength intervals to burn more calories! For ALL fitness levels.
- Aqua Zumba® – Join the Party–this time in the water! “Aqua Zumba” is a combination of your favorite Zumba music and moves synchronized in water. This class is an awesome, cardio workout and tons of fun!
- BodyFit H2O – Our highest intensity Aqua class, “BodyFit H2O” combines strength and agility training in water to burn calories!
- Master Swim – Join us for a coached lap swimming workout that is designed to improve your endurance, strength, and agility in the water! For all fitness levels!
- Warm Water Body Basics – An aquatic exercise program designed for individuals with arthritis and other movement limitations. Focus is on joint range of motion, flexibility, strengthening and endurance. Please reserve your spot at Member Services.
- Warm Water Body Flex – Ready for the next step but still need that gentle touch? This class is designed to work on flexibility and functional movement.
