One of the best ways to stop, prevent and even reverse bone and muscle loss is to add strength training to your workout routine. Strength training and toning also helps in developing better body mechanics, improving balance, coordination and posture.

Stand up for yourself and get strong! Saint Mary's Fitness Center offers a variety of free classes designed to improve strength, balance, and posture. From original classes like, Chise to trademarked formats like BOSU®, we have the tools you need to get strong! Whether you like to lift weights or prefer body-resistance work, we have something for every BODY!
