Sugar Free Lent Week 5

What a week!! I'm still on track 100%. People are starting to ask me about my weight loss and I tell them I've given up sugar, and they seem surprised. Surprised when I tell them that I haven't changed anything but that. Successful weight loss/management is 80% diet. It's not a secret. Will power and dedication to your diet is tough. I don't want to go so far as to say, if your working out and your diet stinks, your wasting your time, but it's close. Next week is my last week, but I plan on continuing this for a long time to come. I'm going to post a couple of pictures.
