Sugar Free Lent Week 4

Another tough week, but still going strong. Down 5lbs. This is the lightest I've weighed (as an adult) since I last competed in 2003. Again, I'm doing nothing different except no sugar. Same workouts, same general diet. But honestly, my overall appearance, energy level and general health, is better. Much better. Had a very busy week, so didn't journal much. Sorry. Better next time!
