June is here and we are officially half way through the year. How are you doing on your New Year’s Resolutions? Have you slipped up? Do you even remember what they were? If so, don’t just shrug and give up. Instead, follow us on Facebook for simple daily steps you can take to revive your health goals and your motivation!

Your first challenge to reviving your resolutions is to revisit your New Year’s goals. Take a few minutes today to quickly write down your health and fitness goals. If they seem too unrealistic, you can’t remember what they were, or you’re starting fresh, write down what you would like to accomplish by the end of the year. This may be losing weight, training for a race, or lowering your blood pressure. Try to narrow it down to one goal you can focus on completely, and write 3 reasons why this goal is important to you. You may want to put your list someplace you will see every day to help your motivation on days when it needs a boost.
