Our Structural Heart Program specializes in the less invasive options of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair (TMVr). We are currently the only hospital in Nevada to earn Transcatheter Valve Certification from the American College of Cardiology, and we are the only hospital to be recognized as a HeartCARE Center. 

In addition to these achievements, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center was ranked as the 3rd best cardiovascular hospital in the entire United States – the only hospital in all of Nevada to be recognized amongst this prestigious list of recipients.
